William is proud to be a Colorado native, having witnessed more than 30 years of growth in Denver and its suburban markets.
Prior to co-founding Spearhead Mortgage, William proudly financed more than $250 million in commercial real estate loans over the course of his 12 year banking career. He was formerly a Vice President at multiple banking institutions in Denver - Sunflower Bank, Bank of the West, and Wells Fargo.
William prides himself on developing strong long-lasting relationships with real estate investors by fully understanding strategy and priorities for each asset and negotiating lending structures that best fit that criteria. Doing right by clients is always front of mind.
William graduated from Regis Jesuit High School in Aurora before attending Arizona State University’s WP Carey School of Business where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration. He also actively serves on various committees for Freedom Service Dogs in Centennial, Colorado.
In his spare time, William enjoys Colorado’s outdoors with with his wife (also a Colorado native) and their three children.
As Partner of Spearhead Mortgage Company, Marcus Davis brings more than 13 years of experience in commercial real estate and capital markets, ranging from portfolio management, underwriting, and originating new construction developments, asset acquisitions, portfolio restructuring and wholesale relationship management.
Marcus sources financing options for clients to acquire, develop and refinance properties. Marcus is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in the state of Colorado, NMLS #768106.
Prior to establishing Spearhead Mortgage, Marcus managed a national portfolio of ~$350 million in outstanding commercial real estate loans.
Marcus served as a Vice President at Bank of the West (BNP Paribas) in their Commercial Real Estate department as well as an SVP at Wells Fargo Bank in the commercial real estate department.
As a lender, during his career Marcus has underwritten, originated and managed commercial loan portfolios exceeding $500 million.
Marcus has lived in Colorado since 2007. Marcus graduated from the University of Wyoming where he earned a BS in Finance. He enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 daughters, and their Airedale terrier.
