Spearhead Commercial Capital just closed on a non-real estate balance sheet loan. They worked with their client to help find the best solution for them to consolidate six high-interest-rate loans to more competitive private financing. Although the operating entity had sufficient cash flow, Spearhead Commercial Capital had to work around the challenge of limited collateral compared to most deals this size, including real estate assets. Nevertheless, Spearhead Commercial Capital found the right lender and helped their clients save money with better lending terms as trusted loan officers.
