William is proud to be a Colorado native, having witnessed more than 30 years of growth in Denver and its suburban markets. Prior to co-founding Spearhead Mortgage, William proudly financed more than $250 million in commercial real estate loans over the course of his 12 year banking career. He was formerly a Vice President at multiple banking institutions in Denver - Sunflower Bank, Bank of the West, and Wells Fargo.
William prides himself on developing strong long-lasting relationships with real estate investors by fully understanding strategy and priorities for each asset and negotiating lending structures that best fit that criteria. Doing right by clients is always front of mind.William graduated from Regis Jesuit High School in Aurora before attending Arizona State University’s WP Carey School of Business where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration. He also actively serves on various committees for Freedom Service Dogs in Centennial, Colorado.In his spare time, William enjoys Colorado’s outdoors with with his wife (also a Colorado native) and their three children.
